The 4,900 sqm plant employs 150+ staff across 8 high-speed production lines with daily output up to 32,000 units. Core lines include facial rollers, gua sha boards, cosmetic spatulas, cryo massage tools, and electronic beauty devices. In-stock SKUs can ship within one day; custom samples typically within 72 hours; bulk orders in 20–25 days after approval. An in-house R&D team releases 100+ new tool designs and 30+ electronic devices annually, supported by 350+ patents. QC spans incoming materials, in-process checks, and finished-goods testing in a dedicated lab (wear, alcohol, salt-spray tests). Certifications include REACH, CE, FCC, RoHS, MSDS, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and BSCI, with export experience across North America, Europe, and Asia.
